Used their website to look for tickets to a theatre show for that evening, found tickets that I liked, put in my credit card information and clicked submit. A message came up telling me that those seats were no longer available. So, we ended up buying tickets through another vendor. To my surprise, when I looked at my bank account a few days later, I noticed a charge from tick pick! I called tick picks customer service and he basically told me "too bad, so sad" since the event had already taken place. "

"I ordered tickets on 9/9 for a show on 12/9. The problem was, they sent me confirmation for a show on 9/9. When I pointed out the error they told me all sales were final and refused to correct or compensate for this mistake. Now I am out $1500 because they refuse to correct this.

This is where you are missing the point. I did not say you did not deliver the tickets. I ordered tickets for a show on December 9th, but you delivered tickets for the day I placed the order (September 9th). If your system cannot be relied on to deliver the dates accurately then it does no good. So even though your system made an error, all sales are final and I have no tickets. That can be claimed for any transaction with the buyer having no option. Be wary of this service is my advice."

If there was anything that we could have done to help, we would have. The tickets you ordered were left at Will Call, but were never picked up. For that reason, we have no authority to cancel a sale on the seller who did nothing wrong. We investigated the situation and received written documentation from the venue to make sure that the tickets were left under your name.

"I have done a bunch of business in the last year with tickpick. I received tickets via fed ex for 2 of the games. then I bought tickets for another game and I was told it would come 4 days prior to the game electronically. why not send it to me now and I can print it out. security was the answer. well, if I got the 2 other tickets for different games why isn't security a factor in those??? then I bought 2 tickets to a road game in tampa on oct 1. I was told electronic delivery on those. after not getting an e-mail on those I called support. they then told me they would get the tickets to me 4 days before, but they had to send them to my phone. I don't have a phone, and i'll be in tampa 4 days before the game!. my friend had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with "support" to have them set up getting the tickets to his phone through an e-mail to me. tampa stadium doesn't send pdf to e-mail accounts to print tickets. then they tell you cancellations can't be made. suppose I was going by myself? bad vibe after many good transactions."

Venue's across the country vary in not only the delivery method of your tickets, but also the delay on the release of the tickets. The order you are referencing is for a different venue than the previous orders you have placed and has a different delivery method/release date on the distribution of the tickets.
