High mark up.

"Ordered tickets to monster jam and they charged me $37 a ticket. The tickets that showed up had the price on them of 19 each. Says no service fees but somehow tickets were almost twice the price of what i recieved"

BEST BUCKET LIST AND EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

"I gave tick pick a try last year after surprising my husband with bucket list anniversary gift for tickets to the Super Bowl (huge pats fans!). Their prices were so much cheaper than anyone else out there with no buyer fees. The money we saved alone on the tickets pretty much covered the cost of our flights. It was incredible. They have provided top-notch customer service every step of the way, and made it a truly seamless experience from start to finish.

Hopefully the Pats will make it again this year, because I'd love to make it out there again!

SuperBowl Life Savers

"I found TickPick last year as I was looking for tickets to the big game in Houston. I hadn't heard of them before so I gave them a call and they put all my fears to rest. These guys really really know what they're talking about. This year it was the same thing, and they gave me a run down on prices that felt honest and not like they were pushing me to buy right then. Without the 10% (or whatever it is) fee that the other guys charge, they saved me hundreds per ticket. Looking forward to using them again."

Saved $40 and great customer service!

"I bought tickets to a Washington Wizards vs Brooklyn Nets game last minute using TickPick. I received a great deal, but was nervous because I was on my way to the game and needed the tickets asap. I called customer service, who informed me that they would call the seller. The tickets were delivered in the next five minutes to my app. The game was great, I saved money, and I had a seamless experience. Thanks TickPick!"

Terrible customer service

"They didn't tell me I could set a deadline for when I receive my tickets until I kept pushing. They guaranteed the tickets by Friday for a Sunday event. Saturday rolled around and I still didn't get them. I had to contact customer service multiple times before someone finally told me they could set a deadline for the seller Saturday evening to upload the tickets. If not by then, I would get replacement tickets. Why did it take 3 times contacting customer service before I was told this? Also, I was promised a call back - never got one. Terrible service."

DONT BUY!

"I flew 1000 miles to attend the Miami hurricanes vs notre dame football game. Spent almost $400 on tickets that weren't "valid" and couldn't get in. Tried calling customer service from outside the stadium who said there's nothing they could do. Horrible. "

From Zero to Hero! TickPicks Manager Saves the Day!

"****UPDATE! Kyle from TickPick contacted me after figuring out that they had a bug in their system. Kyle apologized and wanted to do everything in order to turn my bad experience into a good one. He refunded my money and gave me a credit for a future purchase. Thanks again!****

Used their website to look for tickets to a theatre show for that evening, found tickets that I liked, put in my credit card information and clicked submit. A message came up telling me that those seats were no longer available. So, we ended up buying tickets through another vendor. To my surprise, when I looked at my bank account a few days later, I noticed a charge from tick pick! I called tick picks customer service and he basically told me "too bad, so sad" since the event had already taken place.

Do not use this service

"I ordered tickets on 9/9 for a show on 12/9. The problem was, they sent me confirmation for a show on 9/9. When I pointed out the error they told me all sales were final and refused to correct or compensate for this mistake. Now I am out $1500 because they refuse to correct this.

This is where you are missing the point. I did not say you did not deliver the tickets. I ordered tickets for a show on December 9th, but you delivered tickets for the day I placed the order (September 9th). If your system cannot be relied on to deliver the dates accurately then it does no good. So even though your system made an error, all sales are final and I have no tickets. That can be claimed for any transaction with the buyer having no option. Be wary of this service is my advice.

For that reason, we have no authority to cancel a sale on the seller who did nothing wrong.
