Well, Lady GaGa cancelled her tour and TickPick immediately jumped to action, assuring me that I would be receiving a refund. Their customer service team was friendly and fast to respond and I will be using them over Stubhub in the future."

"They lie about charging fees. They charge the same dumb $5 e-delivery fee that stubhub does. The service is much worse. it took over 2 days for me to get my e-tickets when I needed them immediately. for some reason the same ticket is always a dollar more on tickpick that hub. suspicious...

Hi,
This is regarding order # 584606500. My bid was accepted a few days ago. The seller is apparently mailing the tickets to me but there is no way I will be able to receive the tickets. That is because I was ordered to evacuate (I live in New Jersey) and I have no idea how long it would take for me to be able to go home.
The mailing address for the tickets is my workplace, which I will not be able to get to by the time the tickets get delivered.
Would you please cancel this order because there is no way I will receive these tickets and the game is only 3 days away. I would expect a full refund along with the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

“It's unfortunate that this customer had such a negative experience with TickPick. This customer has the right to be disgruntled as the seats they received were not as good as one would expect.
Unfortunately the organizer of the event / the primary seller did not label these tickets appropriately and they should have said something along the lines of 'partial view', 'side view' etc.
The seller did nothing wrong, as they listed the exact tickets that they received so we did pay them. However, we did in fact provide a full refund to this customer. When speaking with the venue they were not willing to provide us with any refund.
This is one of the very rare situations where there was an error and we take responsibility for that.
We are sorry for horrible experience that you had with us.
