"Purchased tickets to one baseball game with no problem. Great seats for a great price. Another occassion tickets I tried to purchase where already sold because seller sold them on a different site. No other tickets were comparable on website. Went to stubhub and bought tickets in desired seat location for a good price. Another time, seller made mistak
e of selling tickets for$1 per ticket. Purchased tickets only to find out seller would not sell them for that price and was offered no compensation for sellers error.

Update. 11/19/2014, I feel the reply by tickpick is accurate and fair, im sure this will be a learning experience for all of us . It takes a square company to own up to a mistake. I would give them a try with a more familiar venue if the opportunity arose. As long as I knew the seat layout.

“It's unfortunate that this customer had such a negative experience with TickPick. This customer has the right to be disgruntled as the seats they received were not as good as one would expect.

Unfortunately the organizer of the event / the primary seller did not label these tickets appropriately and they should have said something along the lines of 'partial view', 'side view' etc.

The seller did nothing wrong, as they listed the exact tickets that they received so we did pay them. However, we did in fact provide a full refund to this customer. When speaking with the venue they were not willing to provide us with any refund.

This is one of the very rare situations where there was an error and we take responsibility for that.

We are sorry for horrible experience that you had with us.

"I was very skeptical of TickPick when I first found it, but I was so appalled by the fees Stubhub was charging that I decided to take a leap of faith and get tickets for Lady Gaga in Chicago.

Well, Lady GaGa cancelled her tour and TickPick immediately jumped to action, assuring me that I would be receiving a refund. Their customer service team was friendly and fast to respond and I will be using them over Stubhub in the future.

"Took two days to receive notice that my order couldn't be fulfilled. Was offered worse tickets for the same price. I denied those tickets and received acknowledgement another 2 days later. I will never use this service again, it felt like a bait & switch. Would've been worth it to just payed the stubhub fee and not have this hassle."
