"I've used tickpick multiple times. Very happy about prices and no fees. Have always found great deals. In this particular purchase I wanted 3 actual tickets to be broken up as gifts. 3 hockey tickets. One to give to my girlfriend for Valentine's day abd anotber to give to her son for his birthday the following week. What I recieved was a debit card with all 3 tickets paid in full on them. Flashseats. Which is a great idea. But not in this case. Im unhappy that I wasn't informed b4 the purchase. It just showed I was paying an extra $13 to have, what I believed to be, actual tickets. There needs to be a way to inform the buyer exactly what they are recieving and paying for. How do I give a debit card with 3 tickets on them as a gift to 2 people. One whom is 11 yrs old. He won't have a clue what the debit card is. So not really good for gift giving. In the future please inform the buyer b4 hand what type of "entry pass" they will be receiving "

The expected delivery date is noted on the listing before purchase and included in the TickPick confirmation email. Delivery delays are perfectly normal, especially before the season has begun and are no reason to worry, they will be delivered as soon as they are available.”
