"Went to the US Open with 7 people (this was a Father’s Day & birthday gift for two people in the group). 3 tickets were mailed to me and 4 tickets was going to be at will call. When I go to will-call, they had no record of my purchase or tickets. They told me this is a common scam that the third party seller tells the ticketing agent they dropped off the tickets even though they never did. Ruined the entire event for my family!
I love how TickPick was so quick to take the money from my purchase weeks in advance (total purchase price of all the tickets was $1300) and when I called them the week of the event to find out where I can pick up the tickets, they only got back to me with less then 24 hours notice. And then the tickets were never actually there!! When I called tickpick to complain about the issue, they first tried to only offer me a credit on my account. A CREDIT?!? I was so angry. I would never use them again!! I demanded a refund for the entire purchase because the entire day was ruined. They would only give me a refund on the 4 tickets that weren’t delivered. They said that three tickets were still good. (That’s not the point! Now more then half of the group would have to turn around and go home!!!!? No one wanted to stay at the event after this happened) I can’t believe this company stays in business. I have told so many people about this story and they said they would never use tick pick! (not that they really ever heard of them!!). The will-call agent told me I should have used stub hub as they are reputable. "
"I Love the no hidden fees becasue some apps you see the price then you have to add $50 or $75. Now this is “usually” the app I use because the App is good but I can’t see the seating selection like SeatGeek so I usally use the other app when I’m buying tickets on this app. And the last thing I don’t like is that it’s always in American currency, I hate buying tickets for a game in Toronto Ontario for an event that is in Toronto and only being able to pay in American. "

"I invited friends to a baseball game and bought tickets from TickPicks and my friends and I were waiting for over an hour and never received the tickets. I looked like a total **** in front of my friends because we drove from far and paid for parking and never got in the game because the tickets were never delivered and the person confirmed. It was so embarrassing and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
