"My ticket to a baseball game (Giants vs Cubs) turned out to be fake. It is a horrible feeling when going to a game to have the scanner say you are not allowed in. I had it happen 4 years ago with Stubhub and they replaced my ticket with an even better one. Frankly, it was an awesome seat with Club access. But TickPick failed miserably when put to the test. They did not respond to my urgent texts, emails, or phone calls. Nothing. A wasteland of quiet. You are on your own with TickPick. So after talking with the ticket office and my fruitless attempts to contact Stubhub, I gave up and decided to buy another ticket on Stubhub and enter the game in the 4th inning. Note the ticket I bought was heavily discounted because the game was midway through. It wasn’t until the next day that TickPick responded and all they wanted to do was give me refund of the non-ticket (duh) but also a $20 TickPick credit. I told them $20 was hardly enough to compensate for what I went through and missing so much of the game and having to find the replacement seat myself. They just said that’s all they can do so I told them to keep their stupid credit and I won’t bother using their business again if they won’t back it up. Oh, and they never did even refund the ticket until 2 weeks later (only after I reminded them). My advice is to stay away from these amateurs. "
"Purchased US Open tickets on 6/10/18 for 6/15/18. Very unclear as how I would get my tickets. After numerous calls I was told it would be local pickup. The agent did not know where local pickup would be but it would be near the venue on 6/15. Arrived around 8:30 am, went to “will call” & tickets were not located. Called back & forth to TickPick.com & they insisted they were there. I had the will call center check everywhere, still no tickets. Called TickPick again after hanging around 2 hours & they said they could not do anything for me other that get me a refund. Not happy with their service."

"I ordered and paid for tickets for a concert and a couple days later got an email saying the tickets I ordered are no longer available and that they were substituting those tickets for other tickets in a worse section and I was going to be charged the exact same price. A complete scam. Stay away from this site!! "

"TickPicks customer service is great! They an amazing job at answering my emails, calls, and even getting back to me in a timely manner when I've left a voicemail. After reading some of the negative reviews below it just shows me those people clearly do not know how a secondary market works. TickPick is the middle man between the buyer and the seller. Other websites take an eternity to respond. I much rather pay the (low) sellers prices on TickPick than pay ridiculous fees on another website! "

Their so-called guarantee policy is NOTHING. I purchased my tickets days before the game, and on the game day (Friday) I still haven't received my e-tickets. So I called their customer service (whose only word is SORRY) to figure out when I can receive my tickets, and they told me they will call the seller. 2 hours later I received an email cancelling my order and saying "Sorry but the seller has sold his tickets on other website. We will refund you".
Are you kidding me? The price of a Friday night NBA play-off game is insanely high, so I get my friends and myself planned ahead and bought the tickets. Now you are asking me to buy my tickets on same day??? They didn't even bother to confirm your order from seller unless you call them. After all, all they need to do is saying "Sorry but we will refund you." and implying "Buy double price ticket on game day 'cuz you are stupid enough to use our website".

"I purchased two tickets to the NBA last year in August for a game in April 2018.
The tickets were confirmed and would be available through e-delivery no later than March 23rd 2018.
I emailed TickPick on the 23rd March 2018 enquiring about the tickets and why I haven’t yet received the email.
The response I received was an offer to ‘upgrade’ to Section 3 Row B and they were ready to transfer immediately.
After declining and wanting to stay with the original purchase (section 11 / Row 12) I was then told the tickets were received as a hard stock ticket and had to be shipped to a U.S address as the venue have the right to change the form of tickets.
I’m from Australia and we are traveling specifically for the NBA game (gift for my partner)
I’m very skeptical after reading reviews and now have to wait until game day to pick the tickets up from FedEx as TickPick will be sending the tickets there for collection.
I’m hoping they are legit and everything will run smoothly for us.
