"I buy lots of tickets for NBA Games. This was my first time going to a road game, I found amazing seats for a great price so I bought them as soon as possible. When I land in Denver for the game, I am notified that they weren’t able to secure the tickets but I was still charged. They offered to exchange the tickets except for the fact that they weren’t offering comparable seats.
How do you offer row 17 to someone who bought row 5 for the same price? The refund wasn’t instant so now I have to wait for me to get the money back plus I still have to look for tickets. Luckily I went to game time and found some amazing seats for a similar price and row 7 not 17.

"I am an avid Rangers fan and promised my daughter tickets for Christmas. I am well aware at how expense they are but I watch the ticket companies and will purchase when they drop in price.
Ticketiq posted two seats for the Devils game at 167.00 in section 102 and I knew this was a tremendous price. I had been watching the tickets for over a week. Yes, I waited until the morning of the game to purchase them since this was a great deal.
Four hours went by and no email indicating that the tickets were ready to be printed, but my bank account had the charge already pending.
Long story short, I emailed the support team THREE times as the offices were closed. At 1:30 PM I received an email indicating that "high demand" no tickets available. I do not live in the area and was getting ready to leave for the city.
I was livid. I sent an email to the company with no response so I called the next morning.
The manager Brent told me that there was a delay in the "fraud protection" or verification process and he apologized for the inconvenience. He said their 100 guarantee is for full refund. While I did receive the refund, I was treated poorly.
A fair exchange was I wanted to compensated by a set of seats for another game in one of the lower sections at the same price that I was given for the conference game vs. the Devils.
Brent would not budge on this and would only provide two tickets at their cost for the Minnesota Stars this Friday, Dec. 23. He tried telling me that these would be in high demand due to the holiday.
I refuse to pay 430.00 for two tickets when I was confirmed for two in a better section for a total of 275.00 and was NOT notified until HOURS later - after I sent THREE emails to support.
I believe this company should have been able to take a bad situation and make it right.
I will seriously consider NEVER purchasing tickets again. And I will NEVER recommend them again.

I was considerably panicy about the purchase given how expensive the tickets were and the customer service to help me though it was phenomenal. "I ordered tickets in the first week of August for a show the last week of December. My order was "being processed" from that moment all the way through the Autumn season and into Winter. Once it hit December and my order was still "being processed", I began reaching out to TIQ to figure out what was going on with a $600 order that was stagnant and silent for so many months and the date approaching. I got numerous emails that did not assist in any fashion. Every response was deflective and condescending. I was told "we don't know who has the tickets or where they are, but they exist somewhere". I eventually spoke to someone on the phone two different times. The first time I got the same response as the emails. The second time I called them out due to it being a week before the show and I still had nothing but a loss of $600. The person then implied that I shut up and that "you need to just calm down". The tickets were shipped 4days before the and I got them the day before the show. Problem is that I sent them to my parents' home 4hours away as I didn't want the gift to be accidentally opened and I had planned to pick them up well before the night before. So I had to use a vacation day at work to drive 4hours each direction to pick them up the night before the show. Which in turn made me exhausted for the show and not able to full enjoy it. TIQ is crap and I will never even consider using it again. I have also been letting people know to avoid it at all costs."
