"I ordered tickets for 2019 masters for Tuesday and Wednesday in July 2018. I teceived Wednesday tickets 3 weeks ahead of departure but did not get Tuesday tickets until the Thursday before I needed to leave and I only received tickets after pestering email support. Only customer support available was via email. Phone line is either off (after hours) or is forwarded to a different number voicemail box. It was disconcerting to not get a human in the loop, but email support did come through and confirmed tickets would be overnighted after contacting the seller. In the end I got what I paid for...but the lack of phone support made the experience stressful."
"Not only did I have an awesome, helpful experience on a quick chat, I spoke to someone around 12:30 at night and they matched my previous experience!!!
The chat was a random try to get answers to my questions and Greg was beyond helpful. I also spoke to Brian when I had difficulties with the site and he was just as helpful as Brian. Quotes from our conversation: “costumer service is being depleted and computers/answering services are taking over... with that being said... TicketIQ maintains old time qualities and beliefs for costumer as well as keeping up with the competition of their tech savvy competitors.”
Thank you for all you do and I can’t wait to purchase again from you!!!"
"Efficient system. Easy to use. Printed tickets immediately. Seats were as promised."
"Due to my own errors TicketIQ was very helpful and responsive. Everything was handled professionally and personably. "
"Never should have asked me to rate. But since you did, I’m not convinced humans work for the company. Must be bots only. Upon not receiving the ticket timely, two attempts to reach a human (don’t exist), including a voicemail, yielded silence... to this day. Steer clear of bots’r’us!"
"When I ordered the tickets, they were originally supposed to be shipped as i was charged a shipping fee. I waited weeks but they never arrived. I had to reach out to support to see where the tickets were, they ended up being local pickup. The pickup went smoothly and the tickets were authentic, overall, not a bad experience. Next time I just want the delivery method to be correct from the start."
"Never have had a problem. Reliable. "
"I "UNSUBSCRIBED" to Ticket "IQ's" e-mails and in Violation of the Can Spam Act this company keeps sending me Spam!!! >>>I've forwarded their Spam to the Federal Trade Commission and Ticket "IQ" and then Ticket "IQ" just goes on sending me their UNWANTED SPAM."
"Bought super bowl 53 tickets. The service fee they charged was way less than Ticketmaster or Stubhub. On top of that they had a promo code to save on service fee. Received ticket from re-seller the next day. Seamless. Will use again."
"I purchased Superbowl 53 tickets this morning from TicketIQ after a horrible experience with one of their competitors. I received an email confirmation of my order, only to be followed up immediately by a cancellation notice. I called TicketIQ and I was informed that my order had triggered a "fraud alert". Several hours later I still have not received a phone call back with a resolution. I feel like this is a scam of some sort, as these same tickets are listed on other 3rd party brokers for substantially higher costs. I have been trying to resolve this for HOURS, on the phone, online live chat, with no results. They keep telling me my card has been "flagged", whatever the hell that means. I questioned why they couldn't just call American Express and get verification that way and they are telling me it's not a funds issue. Then what the hell is the issue? What else do I have to do to get my tickets?

"A friend referred me to the the TicketIQ app and it was 20% cheaper than any other option I could find. Sale and delivery were seamless."
"Well that did not go very well, did it? So I'm looking up tickets on that website tiqiq.com for the US open tennis. Found a couple ones at a decent price, pay Fedex delivery for the next day.
We are now 4 hours before the event starts, still no Fedex ... I call Customer Support and they tell me I should have received an email with a PDF and the tickets are inside o_O
What about that $15 fee I paid for Fedex Delivery?
So I ask the guy at Customer Service if I'll get a refund of the Fedex fee, he says yes (I am still waiting to get refunded btw) and he says that I can go to the event with the tickets on my phone and they will be able to scan my phone at the gate. Cool? Well no, this is when it gets interesting. I am at the event and everyone says I need to have the tickets printed. What?!
Good luck finding a printer at the US open! Thanks to my friend who is a AMEX customer, we can have the ticket printed at the AMEX booth. Then we go and try to get in Ashe stadium and they are telling us that because the tickets are not original, although printed tickets are still a scan of a scan of the original, they won't let us in!! After fighting and arguing with a half dozen people, we were able to find a super smart and kind *supervisor* that is willing to try ans scan the bar code on the printed copy of the tickets and hourrah magically we are in!
Bottom line is ticketIQ is a reseller, you don't know what you are buying or from whom you are buying it, Customer Service is not available after 6:00 PM and knowing that most events you are buying a ticket from are at night, good luck if you run into issues like I did. I will never ever use it again."
"Shopped around on a number of sites for the cheapest Michigan football tickets I could find for the games I'm going to, and TicketIQ had them. No hidden fees, received my tickets electronically very quickly, and can't wait for the games!"
"I love using TicketIQ during my downtime! The swiping feature on their app make it fun to search for events and to work my way up the IQ points in order to get discounts off tickets. Hopefully I can get to that 10% discount soon so that I can see the Mets go to the World Series again ;)"
"I always find myself checking across 10 different websites before buying my tickets. It's so hard for me to figure out when I am getting a good deal, or getting hosed. I really like the fact that these guys use graphs, showing when prices are going up or down. It makes me feel like I really am making the best purchasing decision. Will definitely be coming back! "
