"I ordered tickets in April of 2018 for a concert that would take place on August 20th of 2018. I received an e-mail from this company (Ticket-center.com) stating that I would receive my tickets via e-mail after 9/13/2018. I have that e-mail. When I still had not received them on the 9/14/2018 I started calling. They assured me it would not be an issue and that I would get my tickets before the 20th. I was contacting them up until two hours before the concert. I did not get to attend the concert, and they refused to give me money back. The customer service was horrible. They tried to make it seem as though it was my fault. They claimed "their partner company"sent the tickets of which I never received and that they have proof they sent them. When I ask to see the proof, they refused. Again, they did not send me my tickets. On my last attempt to get some sort of justice for being scammed I was placed on hold for over 40 minutes and tossed around from "supervisor', to "supervisor. In the end, they offered to give me a sixty dollar credit to use with ticket-center in compensation for my $335.50 I was out of. I believe that this company is running a scam in which they receive your payment , don't provide the product you pay for. and then try to convince the customer they are at fault. There are reviews on line where people have had similar experiences. "

Normal tickets at the Kent Stage box off cost $17.00 in advance and these a-holes are charging $48.00. "This company charged 5x the amount of the actual ticket price. Please check with the event space before purchasing tickets from this company. I contacted them and spoke to them very calmly and they hung up on me. It was a very sad experience. I understand that there would be an extra charge but I did not realize that it was going to be so exorbitant. We spoke to the box office and they said we should have purchased our tickets direct because the 3rd party really took advantage of us."
