"An order was placed on my credit card in error. I contacted them immediately to have it cancelled and they refused. Their customer service is horrible. Be prepared for them to copy paste “policy” and steal your money. I had to contact the credit card company to fix it. Complete scam organization!!!!"

"I am so sad because I just bought tickets through this company and now realize that I paid $75.00 more per ticket for the same row!!! They won't tell me my seat numbers until 2 days before the concert, which seems really shady. Customer Service is unbending and has the attitude of "that's our policy" and "it's not my fault you weren't educated - you bought the tickets." Shameless and capitalizing on the almighty dollar for their gain. I am so sorry for my bad experience. I will not use this company again."

"I was charged for tickets i did not purchase. I contacted the company to notify them of the fraudulent charge and they refused to reverse or correct the error. I was only told they do not do refunds. I tried to explain I did NOT make this purchase but they do not care. I told them I would contact my bank to dispute this charge and they basically said good luck...that will take 6-8 weeks to resolve. Very unprofessional company. Do not do business with this company. " I purchased a ticket for a concert in Abbotsford Canada and paid $89 US on this website which is approximately $120 Canadian. I looked afterwards on a Canadian website and it was only $59 CDN incl taxes and fees!
When I called them, you can only speak to a person when purchasing a ticket- when they transferred me to customer service it was recorded loops!!
No refunds!! This concert is NOT sold out by any means, and this price is not justified!! It is double the price!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!"
"David was was patient knowledgeable and I could understand him even with his accent. I am not so pleased with the delivery fee as they are not sent via regular mail but by a push of a button so that could be changed. With the exchange rate on the dollar it adds up when you buy several tickets. At least have a group rate. The supervisor authorized a small discount on a couple of tickets so thanks for that."
