"I went online to order tickets for a sports event. I searched fro the team name followed by tickets. I clicked on the first site listed in the results. Since I was on a small mobile device, I did not notice that it was not the actual team website. I ordered the tickets and as I was reading the order confirmation, I realized that I did not order the tickets from the team site. I immediately went to the team site and realized that there were hundreds of seats left at 1/3 the price I paid at Tickets-Center. The Tickets-Center price was $27 per ticket PLUS a $6 per ticket service charge PLUS a $6.95 email delivery fee for a total of $34.16 per ticket. The actual team was selling the same AND better seats for $11 per ticket.
I tried to get in touch with someone immediately after I placed the order. There was no one available. I tried the "Live Chat" which turned out to be an automated response system. The live chat forces you to pick a question or comment (there is no way to type in a question) and then it send an automated response to the question or comment you pick.
I sent an email to request a refund. I never received a response. I called today (the day following the order) and I spoke with a live person who just kept saying that their policy states that there are no refunds.
This is a terrible service staffed with people who do not seem to be bothered by the fact that they are charging obscene prices for event tickets.
I understand that it is not completely their fault. I was stupid enough to go through with the order. However, there should some recourse for people who realize that they made a mistake and would like to correct that mistake.
There is a reason that they are so adamant about not giving refunds. If they gave refunds, probably 50% of their sales would be refunded.
Please DO NOT BUY FROM TICKETS-CENTER unless you are OK with being overcharged for tickets with no added value."

"Well, first time participating in tickets-center was pretty good. we tried to order 7 tickets and was not able to, So we ordered 4 and then tried to order 3, but the site did not let us complete it. My sister called the number listed and person was helpful. then Mohamed helped us. he suggested to order 4 extra. so we invited a friend to come with our family.

I called to purchase tickets to a show
Beyonce and Jay-Z Tickets
August 23 7:30 PM - Vanderbilt Stadium
The price online was $73 each Section S Row 52.
In your system it showed these same exact tickets for $87 each.
I can only redeem my credit code from my last poor experience using your service with a phone order.
30 Minutes on the phone with Night Supervisor Miguel did not solve the issue.
He escalated the issue to tech support.
He could not resolve the issue and asked me to call in the morning so the day shift Manager could resolve this matter. He admitted being able to see the $73 price on the website but a different price was shown in your system at point of sale.
I called today and a 25 Minute call with the Day Shift Supervisor Anthony got me nowhere.
I had to pay the wrong inflated price for the tickets I was seeking in order to use my store credit.
I was told my issue would be escalated and reviewed by Alex a Senior Supervisor
I do not understand why I can not have a good experience using your service.
I now have spent over an hour dealing with issues in order to complete a simple transactions
