Customer service advised if I wanted better tickets then destroy the ones I had previously purchased and repurchase the new tickets of choice new. On TicketsCenter website they also offered “EVENT TICKET RESALE PROTECTOR INSURANCE “through Allianz Global and they also offered to pre-purchase parking which I took both. I reached out to Allianz Global to find out the insurance was for the parking only did not include the tickets. DO NOT GIVE THESE INDIVIDUALS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!"

"This was my first experience buying concert tickets online and I failed to do my research. The website was easy to use and Tickets-Center.com did nothing illegal. However, they have a subtle way of getting you to buy now. They state things like limited ticket supply and tickets are selling fast. They also put a timer on your screen showing that you have so many minutes and seconds left to make the purchase.

I purchased the tickets and had immediate buyer's remorse. My gut told me the price was high and out-of-line, yet I still went ahead and bought them. My bad. In looking into getting a refund or cancel the order, I learned that option is not possible so I am stuck with the tickets. That is on me and I accept it as a learning experience. Upon finally doing a quick bit of research (after I made the purchase), the event center had plenty of tickets at half the price I paid. Plus, Tickets-Center.com charges extra fees for just about anything they can.

Long story short - check with the event center first and buy tickets from there if at all possible. Save yourself a ton of cash and go out to a nice dinner before the concert."
