"Purchased Platinum parking pass for $160 then the ticket I printed that was emailed to me says the parking pass is worth $50 bucks. And the parking pass I printed doesn't have the row number listed like it shows online. I'm so confused now."
"went well, easy and fast, nice job!
"
"Smooth and quick and efficient "
"Doesn’t let you talk to a real representative and over prices "
"I did not receive a way to print off my ticket and was charged for it!!"
"I thought I was on Ticketmaster's website but some how I was on Ticket-center. Ticket prices that I was seeing on line were reasonable for the location top level on the side of the stage. When the payment went through for $913.00 for 2 tickets, I was shocked! I called Ticketmaster, where they were holding the tickets, I was on hold for over an hour to be told that there was no refund, they didn't know who the seller was, there was not way to get the tickets back to the person who sent them. Like many others I called Ticket-Center to be put in a cycle of hit this button, with an automated response. This was the most shady deal I have ever experienced. Christmas time and I'm out of $913.00"
"Horrible customer service. I purchased tickets and the event was postponed 5 months later. When I went to bring up the tickets I couldn't access them. I ended up re-buying the tickets at the event. Customer service could do nothing accept offer me an online credit for $27. I guess I'm taken a $140 loss because there is no way I will purchase tix from this site again. "
"Great was excited to get my husband tickets"
"I ordered tickets 3 days ago for a concert in April. Yesterday I found out my father, with terminal illness, will be required to receive a transplant which is the best outcome of treatment. This is unfortunately the same time as the concert. I requested any accomodation for this difficult time for my family. My choice is to loose $500 for 3 tickets to care for my father or go to the concert. Yes I can attempt to resell them but there is no guarantee I will get the full amount back. There should be some accountability or escalation process to review rare cases, that's just customer service 101. Clearly, customer service and people are not what this business is concerned with. "
" I purchased tickets for a comedy event and never received the email that was required. Was unable to get into the event until I bought tickets from a scalper instead. Called tickets center the next morning and they said too bad, it was sent, and the best they could do after a long time on the phone was a store credit for the fees. When I asked to speak with a manager about their policies, I was told that the managers were not excepting phone calls. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not use these people."
"If La Mirada Theatre chooses to scalp their tickets ( since the tickets don't reflect that they are being sold through a company like Vivid, or Ticket Masters) then they should so state in a manor that is clear and not after the tickets are submitted. Paying over $89 dollars for a ticket showing a face value of $30 dollars is ridiculous and technically misleading to the patrons of the La Mirada Theatre."
"Purchased tickets in July. It's not 48 hours before the event and I still don't have my tickets. I've called Customer Service which is a loop of automated messages... no user. I called Sales and was able to get someone the first attempt. However, the phone got disconnected and when I called SALES back, it routed to the Customer Service automation! "
"Got my tickets quick and at a great price"
"On 12/6/19, I thought that I was buying tickets from Ticket Masters. I was in such a hurry that I didn't notice the fine print on the edge of top of the screen stating that they are resellers. They advertise "100% Buyer Guarantee" purposely in big letters smack in the center of the screen so buyers would pay attention that instead. They advertise "Instant Download" and "Great Customer Service", but so not true. I didn't realize that I was being scammed to pay double the actual price until I received an email confirmation stating "The seller has indicated that these tickets will be available by: 9/1/2020". What, that's crazy!!! They charged me for something that wouldn't be available until 9 months from now. Is that even legal???
Within minutes of placing my order, I called them and told him that I bought the tickets by mistake thinking that I was buying direct from Ticket Masters. They refused to cancel my online transaction and told me that they have NO REFUND policy. What makes me so mad is that even though the seller could not have bought the tickets yet because the tickets didn't go on presale until 12/9 and sale to general public until 12/12, they refused to cancel my transaction??? What a scam!!!! I am so sad and upset. :("
"Received boilerplate AI responses from customer service. My tickets were not close to value. They charged twice more in fees than the tickets cost"
