I found the ordering process confusing with regard to a 'special' on shipping costs - apparently you had to click through to another page to find that there were many locations to which it did not apply. The service by phone - I dialled, waited a long time on hold, spoke briefly with a representative, was asked to hold, spent several more minutes on hold and then they apparently hung up. I have heard nothing more about my complaint other than a generic email expressing sorrow that I wasn't happy. Both items were apparently shipped the same day but separately, perhaps accounting for higher shipping costs than I am used to, one arrived in 2 days, the other took 10. To be fair, the items arrived in good condition and I am happy with both, but I attribute that to the manufacturers. To respond to the response below, I indicated to Tiger Direct that, in fact, I never received any email confirmation of my order and I phoned early the morning after I place my order because I was concerned that I could not verify the shipping expenses. Also, to date, I have still not received any direct response from the company since I phoned and was hung up upon."

Their customers service agents seem knowledgableand, polite, and helpful. I would not bother selecting express shipping at checkout as it doesn't seem to be all that 'express', although it is an express price.
