This time I needed input from a real person during the ordering process and my service expecxtation were met."
"First off I enjoy shopping at Tiger Direct but on the last purchases I have made nothing but confusion, mix up's and disatisfaction. I put an order through for (H94-2102) and (H28-L1956A CA) which first off I used the order tracking reliazing that the monitor was sent out first - so I thought, until purolator came to my door with the scanner. I than relized that your tracking system was flawed. You put the wrong tag on the box having me think my step fathers gift (monitor) was here, but no the scanner which was fine due to all the research I had done prior to purchase on the HP G4050 which I was impressed until the 4010 was sent by mistake. I didnt reliaze it was the wrong scanner until it was too late, I opened the box. Wow what a blunder - mint condition but you still wouldnt take it back in exchange for another higher model (humn!). Dosent make sense to me but than I'm just the customer what do I know other than what I have learnt (the customer is always right) or so I thought. So what does any paying customer do in this situation - complain of coarse. The first guy on the phone was no help to me so I escalated the call to a supervisor, she explained to me that we cannot take back the scanner due to Hp regulations. I asked her could she try, she said she could but they would just say the same thing - NO. She than offerded to sell me the G4010 at cost credit the $40 difference back to my account and I could sell the product myself for less. Well how do I do that, Ebay is all I could think of so there it is no im selling something because big corporations would not help the little guy. Oh ya because of all this I was not here when purolator came with the monitor and now my step father see's his Christmas gift early. Not just early it's opened and he's using it. Happy for him not for me that was a gift! Well here we are now wrong scanner right monitor took time off just to recieve the monitor so I could put it away based on your tracking system and I still dont have the right scanner so I put the order through for the G4050(why I dont know) but I needed it so im out the price of the G4010 -$40 Thanks to the supervisor for doing what she could. I recieved the new scanner in good time which I have been using non stop it seems. I am happy about the purchase of the G4050 but extremely dissatisfied about the rest. I hope you can be of more help next time. Remember you are the guys with retail store locations, why could you not sell it. It would have been easy for me to drive it down or even better mail it out at your cost but thats too difficult so leave it to the customer to figure out - smart! really smart!"

"Horrible, horrible experience. Ordered an unlocked cellphone and the first one they sent me was defective (earpiece speaker didn't work). I sent it back and they sent me another cellphone which has an "invalid battery" error and looked dusty (looks used and not brand new at all). I had to send this one back also. The third one worked fine, but now I lost over $40 for shipping back two defective cellphones. I had to fax in the shipping receipts to them to issue me a cheque for reimbursement of the shipping costs. When I received their cheque three weeks later to reimburse shipping costs, it had the incorrect amount on it. Now I have to deal with them again to send me another cheque for the amount remaining for the shipping costs. I strongly reccommend you to avoid Tigerdirect.ca.... what a horrible experience!!!"

"Nice looking unit,PS is a 20pin not 24 pin but it still worked with our mb otherwise you can buy an adapter for this on ebay cheap.Havent used this yet as we are waiting on a cpu for it then we will know more about the cooling of it.Otherwise over all rating is 5* and a good buy thus far."
