ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This is a real real problem ! I bought a barebone kit and I don't know why the motherboard was "out of stock" and then "cancelled" no one ever told me, I waited a week, didn't get either a refund or the motherboard. I sent an email, then tried online chat, then sent another email, tried chat again, tried calling at least 5-6 times never got an answer in 2 weeks ! Chat never worked, when it did I waited over 30 minutes and never got an answer. AFTER 3 WEEKS I REACHED A GUY ON THE PHONE started explaining him that I've been trying to reach them all over the place and he started talking over me asking for my order number. He transferred me to another service, waiting over 15 minutes for this service. Anyways, I mean when you own a company it's not supposed to take 3 weeks to get an answer from a customer whose order has been abruptly cancelled without warning and without refund."

However while after opening it for the first time it froze on me twice in the first ten minutes. I am now waiting to see if it will freeze again. I have to wrap it now and give it to my wife.
As I bought this item as a Christmas gift, I can't wait to see what happens if it freezes after december 25th (if a return or exchange will be possible) So 3 stars SO FAR, as I do not know what will happen next."

"I ordered on Nov 22, 2012 and I have yet to receive my product. I have recieved one small item from my order of 2 laptops and MS office. I have received MS Office. I called on Dec 5 , which was the anticipated delivery date and was told that it hasn't been shipped. This is information I already got from my account. I had to ask if that means it isn't in stock, am I still going to get the computers? She didn't really elaborate other than it's busy at this time of year so that's probably why.
So I understand that I wasn't guarenteed delivery on Dec 5th, but I would have liked more reassurance that I am actually going to get these laptops, and before Christmas. Given the cliente of Tiger Direct I would expect most people can look up and read their order status online. It would be helpful if the customer service agent had access to or could provide addtional information. My family has shopped with Tiger Direct online a number of times and this is the first time I've had such a delay. "
