"One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I ordered the computer. I waited a week to find UPS had 'lost' the shipment. I waited several days for tigerdirect to trace the 'lost' computer and confirm it was lost. They ordered another computer that ended up on back order for a week with no update. I called and was told that I had ordered last years model and it was no longer in stock. The same computer could be mine for 117.99 more plus tax. Why say you will replace the computer and then not? Why penalize your customer and why make them wait to find out they are SOL?"
