"Found the exact item I was looking for via simple searches on the Tiger Direct website. The price was competitive and shipping was reasonable so I placed the order. That went very smoothly. I then rec'd all the expected invoices, shipping notices, tracking numbers etc. to my email account. A few days later, I got my item. It was well packed and of course, worked perfectly.
So far, Tiger Direct has not disappointed me. I recommend people always check out their site before running out to a retail outlet.

"I like the convience of online shopping at TigerDirect especially when I get emails about their products being on special prices with online coupons. The savings allow me to buy an extra item once in a while. The low shipping costs saves me the trouble of driving and the time required to go through he store looking for the items in the ad. The shipping is usually within 5 business days. A very good way to shop in a busy world."

"I received my ssd in just a few days after the online order. I have installed the ssd with no problem and I used the Intel software to clone all the data. The price is so good after mail in rebate. I would recommend Tiger Direct to all my friends."

"Not fully satisfied with their in-store customer service, as some of them were not technical strong and patient enough, but pushing for sales too much. Besides, not happy with the return policy as well -- 15% box open cost doesn't make sense at all, which is also so different with other retailers as Bestbuy, Futureshop even Canada Computers -- how can I know the product I'm purchasing is exactly what I want or not, if I cannot get those critical technical details from either Tigerdirect website (too less explanations on most of the product) or the in-store C.S.?!

One more specific confusion on this particular order was that I didn't receive any formal invoice both from email order confirmation or deliver pack list, and I had to request it online after I noticed that. Never saw this happened with any of my other online purchase before though......

"I bought this product and received it in about 1 week which I thought was pretty good. It showed a price drop of a significant amount to $189 which helped me decide that it must be good. I received a nother email 3 days or so later and the first featured item was the exact same as the one I just purchased but it showed regular price $159 and with a $30 rebate. I called your company asking about a credit since it was so soon and I was told that you don't do that but I could return the first one and but the second one but I would pay shipping to send it back. I think this is very poor way to treat a new customer and certainly doesn't bode well for me to deal with you again. In addition I have 500 clients who rely on me for investment advice and I can tell you that I will be sure to spread the word about the unfair treatment."
