Also, the item description did not say anything about being plain boxed. This information is very important. Refurbished does not necessarily mean plain boxed. Again not happy to find that the box I got was not the original retail box. "

The CS reps had two completely different stories, one told me this was a "service" for their customers, the other told me that Tiger Direct would *never* do such a thing!!!
