"Somebody at tigerdirect changed the info in my account in 2007, to send products to somebody in an other province, using my credit card. After multiple contacts, they suggested that i cancel my credit card (what a great help from them) and to reopen an other account. In 2012, they now refuse to ship, because they had to pay back the credit card cie for the 5,000.00 that they shipped to somebody else and a SMART genius at tiger direct called me to cancel an order based on this 5,000.00 that they had to repay based on their own faults. At that time, they refused to supply information about a possible customer who receives the stock in this other province. ( they were so pround to announce that their site was so secure, but i guess that some of their employe(es) were not so secure. They are totally unable to admit a fault of their own and they can not even provide an email adress for complaint and investigation. Their ''Customer SERVICE'' dept is arrogant and totally dishonest. I have a copy of all documents from 2007 including snapshot of their shipment to an other province. But today they pretend ''even after the Credit card cie investigation'' prooved them guilty that the error is on my side ?? YEAH my account was frauded within Tigerdirect and '' i am the one that is guilty !!!! Try to figure out this one."

"My shopping/ordering experience was fine..the website easy to use and my payment went through fine. This is all due to me the customer entering the correct info and your webmaster.

What I am not impressed with is your automated reply service for tracking my parcels...emailing your customer service as my question was never answered other than what I had already learned online tracking the shipment myself.

No where did I see while ordering my items in the site that they were to be land shipped from Illinois. I had expected my items to arrive in the 5 days as stated for Canada shipments.

My items were mailed the 22nd of Feb and I did not receive them till today March the 7th via UPS.

Had I known the order would take 2 wks to arrive I would have bought the items local.

It's doubtful I will order anything again as I get orders from China faster. "
