"I ordered a computer monitor and some other odds and ends as well. While checking out the shopping cart, they also suggested a mount for the monitor--figured why not. So after waiting over a week, the all the items arrived minus the monitor (the main reason for the order). 13 days after I first submitted the order, someone contact me via email saying the monitor isn't in stock and they want to substitute it with another lcd monitor made by the same manufacturer. I would be okay with this if the monitor was comparable--it isn't. It isn't LED and has inferior specs. I am not happy at all with Tiger direct, and as someone who has ordered from them many times before, if they don't make it right, I will never order anything from them again."

"Just super service. You get a confirmation of your order, it is exact, you know when it has been shipped, and the goods are delivered on time or even before, and exactly what you ordered. Could not be better!"

Received goods that we did not order, packing slip quantity did not match with what was shipped or ordered, waited forever on hold for customer service, quantities we wanted to order were limited---even though we could order the same item under a slightly different number (just had a case added). However, once we got ahold of customer service, they got things sorted out."

When I tried unsuccessfully to set it up I was informed by Rogers tech support that this model is not compatible, so I returned it today.
