"Quick and easy to checkout. My only criticism is with the layout of the website, it can be confusing. Each screen has so many adds in unusual places it can be confusing to see where the active section you are working within is. For example, when you click "add to cart" the page it takes you to has a large "Advertisement" frame, then a frame where you select if you want a "Protection Plan", followed by Bundle Deals. It's just disjointed and doesn't look very clean. Designate areas and then stick to them. Menu on left, user interface in middle, advertisements on right, etc."

I received some items (6 items in Nov.)cost less than $100 and I did NOT receive the rest of the goods. I contact them twice with ticket no# 3912 (given) & attached receipts but NO answer/reply. I check response from CanadaOnly.ca but they "lock me out",I check order & shipping history, NOT listed (blank). After they charged my Credit Cards in Sept. I have not receive refunds! Very bad experience - my 1st orders!"
