"I havent' purchased from TigerDirect before, but when I researched my product and found it was not available elsewhere; TigerDirect had it in stock and on sale to. I couldn't be happier. The order process was smooth, my products are awesome - a new AMD HD Graphic Card and Consair PowerSupply 500w for my HP Elite Computer. Delievery by UPS was a bit slow with Truck delays, but 5-8 days later I had my products delivered right to the front door. Amazing. I will use Tiger Direct again, and recommend them. The only thing, is the price was lowered after I purchased it, and I guess because it was already on sale - Tiger Direct would not provide a credit for the difference. Otherwise, extremely happy and I will purchase again!"
"My overall experience was mediocre...and I caution that returning or exchanging an item is rather costly. I decided, once I received my computer monitor, that I would like a larger one. I called customer service and spoke to a VERY surly, abrupt and unfriendly fellow. Since I live near both the Tigerdirect shipping facility and the Tigerdirect store, I asked if I could return the item and exchange it at one of these locations. The answer was ABSOLUTELY NOT. To exchange an item, I must pay for shipping back to the warehouse ($17) and then pay for shipping AGAIN (another $17) to get my new item. This is ridiculous. I kept the monitor, and I will order elsewhere next time."
"They advertised free shipping in Canda and I still had to pay for shipping on multiple high priced items. I later went to Direct Canada and found the same items were cheaper with Free shipping. Direct Canada shipping was 3 days faster as well!! Not to sure about ordering everything from Tiger Direct in the future. The only thing Tiger Direct had over Direct Canada was selection."

Do not like rebates, would rather get direct discount.
Also have to be careful when ordering since sometimes the order is directly form the manufacturer, and could be different than what is shown on the Tiger Direct website. Tiger Direct will then ask you to deal with the manufacturer instead of through them directly. However they will help in that matter.

"One on my most horrible online ordering experiences of my life. I ordered a great looking ASUS laptop. I was shipped the wrong model. It took them almost 3 weeks to process my exchange and when i received the exchange, they had once again shipped me the wrong item. Now I have shipped the item back and demanded a full refund. It's been a month since I first ordered a laptop and I am now waiting for their slow refund process, I could have just gone to a store and bought a laptop, lesson learned for next time. There was no apology from them for their egregious mistake and the reps are all very rude even though they admitted it was their fault. I will never shop there again and warn everyone I know about their horrible service."
