I was told that tigerdirect.ca was a reputable company and I shouldn't have any problems so I went ahead with my order. After ordering the estimated ship date was over a month but to my surprise and delight I recieved my item within 2 weeks. My item (a courier bag specific for a 12.1" laptop) was very hard to find so I was exstatic that tigerdirect.ca had it available for an extremely good price. "Not good - in fact the worst"... I ordered on-line and waited patiently for 11 days before phoning "where is my computer?" Only to be told daily by an indifferent staff that they were awaiting a product update(?) and they never contacted me once - and it was the same story for 14 days - BUT- and this is a big BUT: Tiger Direct had the best price on this top of the range desktop - I wanted it - it was cheaper at TD by $200 than any other retailer! So on the 14th day I woke and thought - I should phone my local store and surprise surprise - they had 7 units in stock!!!!
So an hour later - here I am a happy and pleased customer!!!
So tell me Tiger Direct...what happened????"
