"I've purchased from Tiger Direct before and found this particular experience the same as other times...pleasant. I received a call from "My Agent" after I had placed the order and he informed me that he was setting up a e-account for our company that would provide discounts on items ordered.

My Agent is helpful and friendly and provides me with all the information I request in a timely manner! I do have to mention though that I tried using the "chat" function and found it to be a horrible experience. The agent suggested another product for my purposes and when I asked why he recommended that particular product it I had time to review the product, read the customer reviews and go over the specifications (approximately 8 minutes) and he still hadn't responded back. I ended the session and called my Agent and was provided with all of the information I needed."
