"Worst experience ever.
I ordered a Trendnet Switch from Tiger Direct.ca on May 4th.
The reason I ordered this specific switch is that it said "ships within 24 hours".
So I waited.
Next day I received an email giving me the tracking number of my order. I checked the link on Friday and it said that the product had been delivered to Naperville Illinois.
I called customer service and said that they sent it to the wrong place.
They told me that the package was shipped from the supplier and that Naperville is their wearhouse. They told me that when it ships to me they will send me an email with new tracking info.
I waited.
On Tuesday I called again saying that i havent received anything yet.
They told me it is still in their wearhouse and it will take 3-5 days for them to "sort it" and then they will send it out to me.
I asked about the "ships in 24hrs" comment on their website - was told - that applies for the manufacturer to ship to THEM - not how fast they ship to me.
I will NEVER buy from them again and do not recommend their service in any way.
By the way, it is now 1 week later from the day I ordered the product and it still hasn't shipped out to me - still sitting in their wearhouse!"
