"I have purchased a laptop on Tigerdirect.ca. At the time when I purchased the laptop, the product was available in their stock, so when I did the purchase the maximum date for the shipping was 10 days.
However the day after my purchase I noticed that the status of my purchase has changed to "All Back ordered". One day after that I got an e-mail that it may take up to 30 days for the shipping to be made because that laptop is not available in their stock. I sent an email to customer service, as well as talking to them through their online chat, but no one could help me with a precise date and a proper answer. Their suggestion was to call the sales so that they can replace my current order with a comparable laptop that they have available in their stock.
However, it took me a long time to do a research and making up my mind about this particular laptop therefore I can not easily change my mind to go with a comparable laptop.
My other solution to the customer service was to have this laptop delivered directly to my shipping address instead of having inventory first. This could make the shipping faster, but the customer service refused to do so.
Clearly, Tigerdirect do not care about customers at all and the only thing that they care about is the money they make. Otherwise Tigerdirect should compensate their fault at their own expense.
Being a happy customer of Tigerdirect.ca from my last purchase that was 3 years ago, I ended up being completely not satisfied and will not buy anymore products from Tigerdirect.ca. I do not recommend this website to anyone."

My monitor is a standard LCD VGA 15 pin.
There is NO video on the board. I called Tiger Customer Service and they told me that some boards don't have video, which means a card must be purchased. I don't know how long it's been since boards didn't have integrated video, but the advert should have pointed this out and offered something or included a standard PCI version for those who don't have spare cards laying around.
Anyway, I drove to my local TigerDirect store and the best they could do was sell me one for $59.95! Since we bought 2 of these kits, that's $120.00.
Thank you for this opportunity. There may be nothing you can do except pass on to these people that they need to let people know that there is no video to connect to.

After following up a couple of times on status of my order, noticed that the Sony DVD-RW was on back order which prompted me to call.
