"I was glad to find an item here with a not-too-common brand but with very good reviews. Twas an accessory meant to be used with the PC or PS2/PS3. While a corresponding Sony item would have cost around $200, this one was under $50. It said it ships in 24 hours but there's processing delay or something from the 3rd party supplier so that's kinda misleading. For price $19.99 + tax (shipping) it costs me $55.4 . The shipping fee is still bit high. But two oders I manage to bring it down.

"Shipping about a week. The Linksys 4 port wired switch needs to have the reset switch pushed every time the power is turned off but works on my two computers very well @ 100 Mbps. My download test was 4Mbps through Linksys. Not tried computer to computer. Will revise should I learn more."

"Ordered 2 items. One would not power up. Contacted TG and requested a replacement. Received an RA to return item with promise return shipping costs would be reimbursed. Did not receive replacement as requested as TG refunded instead. Told me to re-order if I wanted a replacement. Before re-ordering I requested my reimbursement for return shipping costs and was told I would not be refunded as TG tested item and it was now working. In the end I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it. While this was not my first purchase from TG it was definitely my last.
Re: Brad Koury comments - Why did he not adress: Why they refused to replace and refunded instead? Why they did not reimburse shipping as promised? Why they edited my product review comments on their website to delete these two concerns? Why, if I am dealing with Tiger Direct Canada in Richmond Hill, the comments come from a Merchandising Director in Florida?"
"The Harmony One Remote works great and the ordering and shipment of the product was top quality or BAU from Tiger Direct. I purchased a refurbished unit and my only complaint is a small scratch in the plastic cover and worn marks on the grip. To me it looked far more used than refurbished. Next time I will purchase new."
