"Received exactly what I ordered, well-packaged and shipped quickly.
I was initially shocked by the fact that the goods were being shipped across the border - UPS typically charges exhorbitant brokerage fees to the receiver - but hidden somewhere on the website they say that TigerDirect covers the importation fees. I missed that detail, and was very upset that my order would become unaffordable upon receipt, once the UPS fees were gouged out. Thankfully, that did not happen.
My only recommendation is that TigerDirect.ca goes out of its way to make their importation-fees policy very obvious. It would have set my mind at ease earlier."

"This is the second trackball that I have used. The previous one was a thumb driven ball, but I like better this one that requires your point finger instead. Nevertheless, it is very comfortable and easy to use, and the programmable buttons make a big difference. It's also easy to learn how to use it, even if you have to play around with some settings to accommodate your needs. Logitech products are renown for good quality, functionality and this one is no exception at all."

The customer support employee spoke french very well and it was a big plus because french is my primary language and I find it easier to resolve problems in french.

All in all, a pleasant company to deal with, easily order online and have courteous customer support if something goes wrong. What more can a customer ask for? Sometimes my wallet cries for mercy because I have problems refraining myself from buying stuff from TigerDirect.ca!
