Yes, I got my refund, but in my opinion I shouldn't have been charged in the first place until TigerDirect knew they had what I was buying. Ended up buying the same products from NewEgg in simple, no-suprise transactions. "

"The product page doesn't display an shipping ETA, I added the item to my cart and filled out my address and didn't show an ETA on that either, went strait to payment option. The item is for a birthday present and if the item couldn't be shipped by a certain date I did not want it. Had my brother take a look and he couldn't find it either. Not sure what I did but at somehow I accidentally found the ETA which was 3-7 days, thought that was acceptable, and ordered the product.

Other than that, good experience. Was easy to search for what I was looking for. Did not have to fill out pages of info just to receive an error message and do it all over again. Reviews were sparse but helpful. Used Amazon reviews on the same product so the only difference is the seller. Amazon also waned 25% more for a lesser product. I would use Tiger Direct again pending how the product I receive operates. "
