"my old dell uses Hdmi _ hdmi cable. Refurbished unit is display port to Hdmi which I NEVER KNEW SUCH A THING existed, waiting now for such a cable . Not a happy camper. Give info on display port ?? are they still used ?? . My old DELL 660 MANFACTURE 11/2012 . If you look at display port it could pass for a HDMI PORT WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A DAMAGED hdmi port. not a display port

"I ordered two apc battery backups, and tiger direct sent in through a 3rd party reseller, so I cancelled the order. They sent the items any way. FedEx only delivered one, but Tiger direct charged me for both. Been trying to get a refund and a return label, but I am getting the run around from tiger direct.

"Just got the refurbished hp laptop and the charger would not even plug all the way in. Then after pushing REALLY hard it went in and the on button flashed for a second then dead.
I contacted Tiger Direct and they sent me to company that refurbished the laptop. That is where the problem originated, not Tiger Direct, other than not making sure the refurbisher has solid QA. I am now expecting a replacement from the refurbisher. The refurbisher was very apologetic and gave me the UPS return for free."
