"About a third of the order arrived with broken tiles. It isn't UPS's fault - many of the broken tiles were in the center of the mosaic, not at the edges. There are also two different shades of the same color tile. I didn't notice until setting the tile. This $600+ backsplash is ruined. "

The next day sending of purchase product on-line is very exellent, I would give 9 7/8 out of 10. The issue that I have, is international orders, Canada Ontario and USA. Because, of monies that need to be collected from the courier at the residence door can cause a problem when the resident is not at home, if full monies would be paid immediately upon the on-line purchase, there would not be problem upon delivering to the resident if the resident is not at home when the courier is delivering.
Other than that, so far, I would give the Glass Tile Store 8.75 out of 10, for the full service to Canada Ontario.
