"Can't get through to customer service by phone. Plays the generic recording of "All customer service reps are busy at this time....". After being on hold for a few minutes, it says "I'm sorry we are not going to be able to take your call at this time. Please use our email form on our website or call back later.". I've called back multiple times and used their email form and still nothing. No merchandise and no response. I ordered my sons christmas present from them. He is home for a very short time, due to being on leave from the Navy. I had to go buy the exact same item from somewhere else to make sure he had a present. I am now out way more money. Very frustrating "
