"The process of buying new tires from Tire Rack could not be any easier or better. Finding the right tire is easy with Tire Racks online resources, and it is great to have access to not only professional reviews, but reviews by other customers. Since I prefer to support local stores, I checked with them first but their prices were $100 higher per tire and they did not offer a road hazard warranty (at any price, let alone the free warranty provided by Tire Rack). Tire Rack shipped the tires to the very same local vendor who then got the business of installing the tires, balancing the wheels and aligning the car. At the end of the day, I saved money, received a road hazard warranty and supported by local business. A win/win as far as I am concerned. "

"The UPS delivery was placed away from the person dealing with appointments. She had two deliveries and only thought she had one, which was not mine! She said they did not have my tires even though I confirmed the arrival the night before. I called and after checking the warehouse folks told be to go back, they did have my delivery. She put me in the appointment line when I had been there!

"That’s pretty unheard of these days. Charlie A. is fast to respond and so helpful. Prices are comparable if not better than local tire shops and tires ship and arrive within 2-3 days. I bought a new Bronco this summer and called my dealer for winter tires and after a week, they still haven’t even called me back. Solid customer service is hard to come by and Tire Rack has it. "
