"Well, I ordered four tires for my UTV,When purchasing them online, it said they will be here in three days. I’m still waiting for my fourth tire after a week plus ! One of them came damaged with it looks like an industrial staple in the sidewall. I tried to get them to send me a new one right away as I’m going on a trip in four days and they told me just to use that one that it hadn’t penetrated the side wall after sending them pictures that they asked for ! I pulled the staple out with a set of pliers and the tire shop Said they would not install it for safety reasons I needed to get them within a week because I’m going on a ride rather than just replacing it and shipping another one out they told me I had to send that one back or use it and you know how that is. It will take a week to get back to him another week to get me a new tire and then it, completely ruins the whole purpose of getting them within a week they tell you they’ll call you back in 10 to 20 minutes. It takes hours. I’ve tried to contact them three or four times now. I would highly suggest you just buy from a local tire shop that way you don’t have the terrible customer service and the problems I’ve had "
