"I bought four tires online and declined the protection plan, but was still charged for the plan. I attempted the same day to contact customer service via phone. I also tried email but was unsuccessful. I attempted two more times via phone. I received an automated phone call back telling me no one was available.. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced"

I was able to speak to Mike S. by phone who was very polite and understanding.
The proper balance was adjusted and my account was credited within three days.
Errors occur all the time for various reasons. It's the actual human element that
makes doing business with a company the most valuable asset.
I would recommend Tires Easy and will purchase tires from them again.
