"The website made the selection and purchase easy. Many selections and prices that beat all others. The Free Shipping was by Fed Ex and was super fast. My tires for my pickup were in stock and shipped right away. Used a coupon code and received 5% off. I would buy from Tires Easy again for sure."

Poor customer service
"Received an email the day before my appointment stating there was a shipping incident and it needed to be rescheduled. I replied asking what days were good. Never heard back. Got an email a few days later asking for my available. I gave a couple available days. Never heard back. Tried calling the customer service number which said i was next in line and call time would be less than 5 minutes. Waited on hold for 20 min before requesting a call back. 2 hours later got an automated call saying my call back was unable to be completed. Finally decided to call the tire shop directly to coordinate an appointment because customer service was useless "

Dont want my money
"It took me over 45 minutes just to check out. You web site does not like my capital one credit card. Every time it declined, I had to call cc company and they told me know wrong on their end, everything was good to go, I had had to end up paying a way I dulidnt want to using the same card. "

"Watched a tire for about 4 or 5 months was $69
Woke up one day ready to buy the tire and it was posted for $89 2 days after I bought it the price went back to $69 when I brought it up I was told too bad prices change next time wait and see if the price drops back down when I was asked if I can get refunded the the $20.
Definitely will not be shopping here anymore."
