"Why allow me to purchase tires that are not in stock. Now I’m having to order from somewhere else. This inconvenience ruined the experience for me "
“We are very sorry we had to cancel your order. We work with over 1000 warehouses, and each of those warehouses have a different price we can sell each particular tire for. We sell the cheapest options first, then when those sell out, move up to the next price. This lets us offer you the lowest prices possible. Occasionally an order slips through before the system has a chance to update to the new price. This is when we had to cancel the order.”

"Ordering was easy an quick, but My order was canceled do to my tires being out of stock. Thats fine but i should have not been able to order the tires if unavailable when purchased. I believe i should have been emailed an yall possibly make up the tires with different ones but instead I wasn't given an option for a different tire an my order was canceled. Not happy about the whole situation "
