Couldn"t Ask for Much More
"It was a pleasant purchase experience. Studied all the reviews before I spoke to John D. on the phone a few times before I decided to purchase a $1750 range. He did work with me on the cost vs other online vendors. It was the most expensive purchase I ever made online, so I was a little worried about Plessers treating me right and about shipping a large expensive range from N. Y. to N. California without any damage. Patience paid off. With free shipping it took 9 days to travel across the country to my home. It arrived in perfect condition without a scratch. I was a little dismayed that my Visa card was charged on the day I made the purchase rather than on the day it shipped 9 days later. But, other than that I would not hesitate to buy from them again."

Don't waste your Money
"I purchased 2 USB car chargers for my IPhone. When they arrived one did not work. So I emailed customer service about the problem. I got a reply the next day saying they would refund money into my Paypal account and sent a file confirming the refund. My computer wouldn't open the file because it contained a Trojan Virus. There was no refund. Sent 2 more requests thru their customer service with no reply and no refund. Its been about 3 weeks and no refund, and even though it was an inexpensive charger, its clear that Tmart is not a responsible seller and does not stand behind its products. I will never buy from them again."

"Just purchased a set of Raybestos brake rotors to replace the last set that were "Made in China", Those inferior but expensive Chinese rotors that had less than one years service developed very large cracks across both sides of the braking surfaces. This certainly would have caused a serious problem if a chunk broke off during braking. I purchased the Raybestos brand because I thought they were made in the USA. Wrong again, they were "Made in China". So here I am with another set of Chinese brake rotors, wondering how long they will last. I have replaced a lot of rotors and have never seen a cracked rotor before."

"Ordered trailer hitch and wiring harness for 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe with free shipping on order over $150. Great value on hitch. The reply email said it would ship in 2 days. It actually shipped in 5 days. Received package 12 days after ordering. Looks like quality hitch and harness. Hitch was fairly easy to install, wiring harness installation instructions were a little vague, and removing interior panels was tricky. Im now ready to travel."

"The Parts Bin, AKA Autopartswarehouse, Auto Parts Network, Usautoparts.com, and many other names. I ordered from the Parts Bin web site and autopartswarehouse shipped the parts. Never again. You get less than what you pay for at the parts bin and autopartswarehouse. This is about the 5th time that I ordered parts form this outfit, previously without a problem. This time the part descriptions, that I purchased for 2 different sets of brake rotors, clearly stated made in US, Canada, or Japan. I even web chatted with a rep and asked where the rotors were manufactured, they answered, "the US". When they arrived all the rotors were in boxes and were labeled, "Made in China". I believe that this is false advertising. My last rotors were made in china, and lasted less than one month. I do not want any more auto parts or anything else for that matter, made in china. I called the Parts Bin, aka, APW, and numerous other names. The Customer service phone message mentioned that their goal is "100% customer satisfaction", right. Customer service said they would email me an RA, but its been two weeks now and no reply RA. They would not say whether I had to pay for return shipping, even after repeated questions. Most good vendors reply to customer problems on this website. Try to find a reply from APW or TPB here. There are many reputable auto parts vendors on the web, stay away from this place."

"Autopartswarehouse aka the Parts bin, Auto Parts Network, usauroparts.com, and many other names. Its really hard to believe that APW has such a good rating from Resellers when they actively give their customers credit card numbers to scammers. I wouldnt be surprised if they get a kickback and are an active player in this scam. I bought some brakes from Autoparstwarehouse.com and after they arrived, APW sent me an email to fill out to receive $10 on my next purchase. I started to fill out the form and then realized that they were asking way too many questions and did not finish the form. It was too late, a few weeks later I got a Visa bill for $12 from Complete Savings. Appearently when you sign up for the discount you are actually tricked into signing up for a monthly subscription for $12 from Complete Savings. Read the small print. I called Visa to dispute the charge and I called Complete Savings to cancel the subscription and they informed me that they got my credit card number from APW. All you have to do is copy the last 4 digits of your credit card number to start the $12/month subscription. I received no emails or anything of value from CS. I checked them both out on Google and read about this scam between APW and many others with CS. My recommendation: dont buy from APW and dont sign up for the $10 discount on your next purchase."

"I dont know why there are so many dissatisfied responses regarding TigerDirect (TD and Online rebate (OR). I purchased 2 items from TD in Dec 2006. Received them both quickly, decided to return one item and filled out rebate forms for the other for $10 + $80. Had some difficulty filling out the rebate form online and getting a return confirmation, actually had to do each one twice, finially got a confirmation, gathered and mailed in the required forms for both rebates. You need a serial number before filling out forms online. Not sure this was mentioned in the myriad of rules, gotchyas, and instructions for filing out online forms. Then I got curious about TD and OR, so I checked this and other websites and got very concerned after reading the numerous negative replies. I thought that after buying many items online without a problem, I may have just gotten scammed for the first time. I decided to wait see what will happen. I did email and call OR about the online form difficulties, and received no response. After three weeks my visa card was credited in full for the returned item. I was out the return shipping. Then about 6 weeks after purchase, I received checks for both rebates. I was treated fairly by both companies and would buy from them again."
