"There is only one way to contact customer service: via chat.
I did.
The customer service representative did not want to listen to my problem.
His/her answers were canned and always in support of Tmart.
By the way, his/her command of the English language seemed just fine.
Simply put, he/she stonewalled me.
In my case I received the correct item model and color but the wrong size.
Just because it was the correct model and color the customer service representative kept on responded that "I received the correct item then" regardless of how many times I communicated to him/her that the size was wrong.
A wrong sized violin case is practically useless to me.
Then the customer service representative just abandoned the chat.
The only way to get an RMA to return this wrong item is via chat.
In other words, good luck...
Doing a simple Internet search I can now see I'm not alone.
I wish I knew this before I'd placed my order.
