"I've been using TMART for about 2 months. Their handling time often exceeds 24 hours. And buyers have been unhappy with the amount of time it takes for shipping.
If there is a problem with an item you ordered, let's say it was discontinued but still listed on the site as available- they don't notify you, they wait until you contact them. Customer service is easily accessible however they rarely follow through with anything- on average it took me 3 conversations per problematic item to actually accomplish anything- which was always 3 more days the buyer had to wait. And often they would all have a different answer for the same question. I didn't have too many complaints from the customer about the items themselves."

Since the product was either defective or misrepresented, I asked Tmart to refund my return shipping as well. They refused. Their only customer support is "Live Chat" - there is no recourse if they don't like what you are saying. There is no phone support. In my case, the customer support person just ended my chat."
