"When I ordered items was told items were available. After 3 plus or minus weeks I emailed Toolbarn and was told manufacturer problems and would be delivered in a couple of weeks. Approximately a month later the items arrived. At least I was not charged until the items were shipped. It would have been nice if the two items that were available would have been shipped and the one item that was not available shipped later. Also the availability of items should be updated at least daily. The items were exactly what I wanted and were not available at local stores. I will still use Toolbarn when I need an item."
