"I use Tool Barn for limited items but every time it has delivered in an amazingly short period of time. It may seem strange that the only item I've ordered is powdered Gatorade but they have always had what I need in stock and it is delivered within 2 days for standard shipping. I couldn't really ask for more except perhaps auto-order that ships a standard amount on a selected monthly interval without my prompt? No matter, I still love Tool Barn!"

"Could not accept deliver of screws because the box was broken and screws were loose. No pun intended. Even the delivery guy said not to accept them. They were supposed to be in plastic buckets but were packed loose in a box. When I called for a refund, they said no problem, but it took 3 phone calls before my account was credited. Too much hassle for so little savings."

"I received all the products I ordered in a timely manner. However, TB included an item in my shipment that I didn't order. I notified TB customer service of the error and they gave me a label to return the item, since the item was of value.
Two weeks later, I get the same item shipped to me a second time. Again I notified TB customer service of the 2nd shipment and they instructed me to scrap the item. The original price was about $26, so considering there were two postage charges (sending it back and TB re-sending), TB lost the purchase price of the item and two shipping expenses.
I hope TB doesn't handle many transactions in this fashion as operating cost will sink the ship!"
