"I was debating on whether I wanted to purchase the item from Tool King or from Walmart. I got the Tool King website from the Walmart website. When I went online with all the shipping and handling and tax it cost $25 something. When everything was added on yours even with the cost of the item, it was only $17.51. I am not crazy and times are hard, so you can guess which one I took.
We have had the mini-blinds since 2001 and they have never been cleaned and need it badly so I needed to get something to help with cleaning them where they won't break.
