"i ordered 4 10 lb. pails of hydraulic cement. It comes dry and in plastic containers. After waiting over 2 weeks I called Tool King to see where the order was. They were surprised to find out it had been returned to Wash., where it originated, because the order was damaged. Another order was placed. It arrived in a new box, with 2 containers broken and the cement powder spilled within. The had been just jammed into a box with no padding at all. After emailing Tool King, with photos attached, they sent an email saying FedEx would pick up the order. Of course this had been charged to our credit card weeks ago and there was no sorry or suggestion as to what was next. When I told my husband he said he had already retrieved the spilled powder and poured it into another container. They did not respond to my email in time to cancel the FedEx pickup. The driver said it was a new box of theirs so the original one must have broken in shipment and maybe the cold made the plastic brittle. Tool King never responded to me. I don't think these containers should be shipped unless they find a better way to protect them. I was very disappointed with their customer service and lack of response. Not even a "sorry" for the delay and the hassle. I doubt I would have heard back if FedEx had picked it up, even though it was charged.
We will try to stick with local when possible, and when not, will not use third party processes. "
