"This was my first experience/purchase from ToolKing.com. As I was tracking the shipment through the UPS and USPS websites, I had a very pressing question about the delivery of my item. It appeared the item was being misdirected by UPS, and I would never receive it. I called ToolKing's customer service number, and explained my concerns to the staff member. She listened to EVERYTHING I had to say (unlike a LOT of businesses nowadays), and after looking at my order information, consulted with others in her department, and assured me I would be receiving the item I had ordered, at my correct address. She explained exactly why the shipping information reflected what it did, and noted that she was glad I had called to question the information. As mentioned, this was my FIRST order from ToolKing.com, but it certainly won't be my LAST! "
