"I'm at the mercy of a company that puts customer service at the bottom of their business objective. I placed an order December 1st for a drill press and a Bench Mortiser. They procured the money from my account the same day and I still don't have anything to show for my money yet and now it's December 21st. The item's were placed on back order but they get to keep the money while I wait. Yesterday I called to remove one of the items from the back order so I could buy it locally as it's needed for a job. it's now been over 24 hours and they still haven't credited my account so I can buy elsewhere. The office receptionist kept me on hold for over 10 minutes while my cell phone battery drained and prevented me from making a call to my better half. which left me in the dog house. Worst of all I was held as a captive audience to their audio feed which is deplorable elevator music while on hold. I need to have the amount credited to my account as she said she would do but seems to fail following up on her statement.
If this problem is rectified by 12/22 I will edit this feedback otherwise it stands.
I might add that getting a status update from the customer service is like pulling the teeth out of a 5000 lb raging bull."

"Great, took only 4 days to recive my tools, and I live in sweden :)

a litte more info about taxes would be great, but basically u just add 27% to the total price.

and one more thing, their site is very slow, would be nice with a faster server or something!
