"TopGearAutosport is a reseller company. I take that to mean they don't stock, warehouse, or even handle the goods they sell. That means if your order isn't right, you have to work with them to work through the actual supplier to resolve any issues. I could have bought this product from the the devil Amazon, but I chose to buy at a slightly higher price from a smaller company. TopGearAutosport resolved the issue, but it wasn't a simple procedure and it took time and persistence.
My issue was that some of the hardware to mount my running boards were missing from the shipment.
Eventually, after a few weeks I had my running boards installed and I was pleased with the product."
"They fit great and everything was simple but next time check them to make they weren’t dropped since the back piece had a chip on it.

"I bought a set mirrors form this company and they were cheap considering the 530 price tag the plastic didn’t line up they Murrow didn’t fold all the way they would fold the opposite way all the way with mirrors facing outward well when I went to return them this company was very unprofessional made me pay for the return shipping and was very snotty when I asked for the address again cause I lost the email and the person had to make sure that I knew the address by tagging me in the old emails that I had lost saying “see you even responded to the email asking if I had to pay for shipping and that I didn’t need the address again will never order anything from here again and will tell anyone I I can not to order from here this company needs to work on customer service this company **** also I now need to hope they will give me my money back cause they said if it’s damaged in any way they won’t give my money back and it had to be back by the 3 of august or the refund will be voided I had the mirrors less than a week so buyer beware they may not take you stuff back I’ll keep you posted if I have to pay to get the mirrors back if they don’t accept them"

After a couple of exchanges, they were certain that the parts I needed were the correct parts. I truly appreciated the customer service concern to avoid shipping the incorrect parts.
Additionally, my parts arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect shape. An hour after arrival, my truck was sporting a new set of running boards and now my wife doesn't need a running start to get up into the cab."

"The lighthousings were easy to install and I am very impressed with the light discharge of the projector beams. Wiring the auxiliary lights was no issue. Shipping was fast."
"I ordered some headlights and my order was back ordered. It’s not an issue that it was backordered the issue is the communication. I wasn’t informed that my order was back-ordered. I had to find out on my own through inquiring about where’s my tracking number for the product I ordered. Then when I was informed my order was back ordered, they told me it would be 7 to 21 days before I can hear anything else about my order. Had I known it would take this long from the beginning, I would’ve took my business someplace else. Now I have to wait a month for something I ordered that was pretty costly. "

"Placed an order on a Sunday and a couple of hours needed to change an item, so I sent them a message via their ‘contact us’ link. I’ve sent a total of three messages over the last week AND left a voicemail during business hours (nobody answered) and nobody has responded. I got an email confirming the order has shipped and nobody made the change. No customer service is terrible customer service. I will never use this company again. "
