"So I purchase tail lights in October 2021 for my husbands 2017 Toyota Tundra. Spent 400.00 and now I'm currently waiting for my refund. I received the lights and one was cracked and the other one just didn't work (adaptor issue) properly. It was blinking really fast and blew the fuse which then costed us more money at Toyota. I called and spoke with Jessie and was told that I could keep the cracked light and she would send a new one and another adaptor for the other light. She assured me that the adaptor is all that was needed. The next package that she had sent out was another light and then a bigger adaptor. Mind you that took about 3 weeks and 2 phone calls for that to happen. We received the new adaptor and as soon as it was hooked up it blew the fuse again. My husband was determined to make these lights work so he went to get his trucks electric system tested to ensure it wasn't something with the wiring on his end. The specialist told him everything was fine and that it has to be the light itself. Finally I'd had it and called to get the refund process started. Was sent the instructions via email and sent the products back. Never received an email that they were received or anything. Just was told to wait 30 days for my money back. I do not recommend this company. We spent so much money dealing with these lights just to have crappy customer service every time we call. I just want to get my money back and be done with the whole thing. "
"Amazing, I have never worked with this company before. In searching for a new grill for my truck, I became extremely tired of what was available, then I found an ad from Top Gear. The price was excellent the fit perfect my satisfaction thru the roof! Thank you Top Gear!

"Placed an order for head light ,tail light combo .I have a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Laramine with factory projector headlights and led tail lights.Once the order was received was when my journey began.Tail lights fit no problem.Plug and play But my head light were totally different .My light has one 7 pin plug the light that was sent has 3 plugs .Obviously different light set up so I reached out the customer service depart and was told by JESSIE that that is the correct light it just needs a special adapter...She claimed that the adapter should have been in the box nope....SO the customer service person Jessie tells me that she is going to send me a picture of the adapter that should be in the box...WAITED TWO DAYS JUST TO RECEIVE 3 PICTURES OF THE ADAPTER ,BUT NO ADAPTER.....SIX DAYS LATER AND I AM STILL TRYING TO TRACK DOWN THIS SPECIAL ADAPTER......REACH OUT AGAIN ON Jan 10,2022 JUST TO BE SENT AN EMAIL FROM JESSIE THAT THEY WILL SEND ME A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN THEY SEND IT OUT BUT NOTHING ON WHEN THEY PLAN ON SENDING OUT.....I REALLY JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WISH NEVER AGAIN TO DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS........."
"This company is terrible. I went online and ordered the newer square tow mirrors for my 2006 f250. The mirrors were labeled for 2000-2007 models with heated and power angled mirrors (which I have) but the plug on the mirrors didn’t match up. Have reached out multiple times and haven’t heard anything. I ended up ordering an adapter from Amazon that would fit but had to spend another 50 dollars. I will never order from them again! Their products are labeled Incorrectly and have caused nothing but a headache. The worst part is they were expensive mirrors so I instead of going with the cheap option I paid more for nothing but problems. This company should be ashamed of the way they conduct business! "
"I ordered 5 inch Nerf bars from Top Gear. They informed me that they did not have them but would supplement 6 inch instead. Fine! I agreed. When I received them they should have 2 front mounting brackets and 2 rear mounting brackets. This box contained 1 front bracket and 3 rear brackets. When I informed Top Gear, their reply was it should have only had a total of 3. How is that even possible? What holds up the front of Nerf bar on one side. Now it is a case of ignoring my calls, messages and e mails. Careful who you do business with. Comes the day when you must research everyone's reviews.

"Do you not buy from this company it is a scam! I ordered headlights for my Chevrolet truck for $268 from this company. They are not the right headlights to fit the vehicle and parts were missing and they look so cheap they must be from China. I can put them in the hole and they just rock back-and-forth, this is the saddest experience I have ever had online with a company. They will only answer their order line if you try to get a hold of them any other way you can forget it. The one time I called the order line I was told I would receive a return code for me to return them via UPS well that was August 5. I have never ever seen such a company that should be put out of business. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will not start from there."

Thankfully I used PayPal as my payment, so they said they would attempt to contact the company and if no response to them I would get a refund. Which they got no response either, and I did get a refund.

"Don't put out much light. Adjustment screws didn't move anything. The halos stay on even after everything is turned off. Was told lights were defective and I would receive a new set. Still waiting it's been 7 months. Don't buy this. Plz learn from my experience that price is tempting but has serious consequences. Just bought some other lights that are wonderful cost double, but they actually work."
